In June 2019, my world irrevocably changed when I was diagnosed with endometrial cancer. In the span of two months, I lost my ability to ever have children, lost all my hair from the chemotherapy drugs, and came face-to-face with my own mortality when I was given a Stage 4 diagnosis In November 2019.
But my story did not end there.
You see, my divine Healer had a different plan for my life. During the worst fight of my life, He showed me how to hold onto Unbroken Hope--which became my lifeline throughout my cancer journey. In my darkest moments, He taught me how to embrace my pain and even discover the gifts that could be found in that pain. That journey led me to write the book, Unbroken Hope.
Four years later, I am still healed.
My first NED (no evidence of disease) scan was February 2020, right before my 50th birthday. Now, my mission is to bring hope and encouragement to anyone who has experienced trauma.
